Olivier salad

Olivier salad is the only Russian salad to have made a name for itself the world over. Which is paradoxical, because if you order an Olivier outside of Russia, no one will understand what you want them to get you. Internationally, it is known as 'Russian salad’ or 'Salade russe'.
