One Hundred Famous Views of Edo “Plum Garden in Kameido”

This work, known for Van Gogh replicating it in an oil painting, took its subject matter from the plum estate of “Seikoen”. The estate was about 11,800 sq. meters and had close to 300 plum trees, including the famous Garyubai (Sleeping Dragon Plum).
