A vision of doom dominates Hans van Manen's twelfth dance creation, which was released at the Holland Festival 1964. The main theme is not reflected in a narrative, but in the dramatic tension that characterizes the successive phases of this choreography. In the general line of movements, one could find the “Lifestream”, in which all - consciously or unconsciously, resistant or resigned, as an individual, couple or group - are carried along.
