Habsburg Provianda di Santa Marta in Verona.
The Provianda di Santa Marta plant, originally called Verpflegs Etablissement Santa Marta, is an industrial archeology complex, designed by k.k. Austrian Genie-Direction Verona stationed in the Verona city and built between 1863 and 1865.
Originally intended for the production of bread and biscuits, for the storage and administration of other kinds of subsistence, since 2015 it has housed the economics departments of the University of Verona.
Ancient bread mixers, kept inside the Provianda as a reminder of its original function.
