Full title: On the Ocean’s Waves = Ant Okeano bangų: edited by immigrants on the way from Europe to North America, Nov. 6-14, 1947.

In the first pages of publication, the emigrants states that they are only a small part of persecuted war refugees on the voyage to the New World. The newcomers believed that the Golden gate will be opened in the near future and their relatives will be also admitted to the great North American Country of Freedom.
