Silk pajama jacket worn by Getúlio Vargas on the occasion of his death, on August 24, 1954. On the upper left side, over the pocket, the initials "GV" are embroidered. Below, the hole and the bloodstain from the president's shot to his own chest. At the bottom of the image, the weapon used: the Colt revolver with a mother-of-pearl handle and its respective projectile.
