The Courthouse’s grandiosity is owed to its scale and design, as well as the quality of the materials used by the architect, especially the granite coatings. Occupying an area of 3,600 square meters, the building has eight floors and the main entrance on the fourth floor, facing East and turning towards the Cordoaria Garden. This façade, the main front, is embellished by a ten-pillar porch that frames the main entrance, and is emphasized by a statue authored by Leopoldo de Almeida, representing the allegory of Justice.
