27-year old Argentinean artist Elian Chali started as a graphic designer. He prefers SMYK palette and synthetic lines and shapes. Geometric compositions, inspired by the founder of Latin-American op-art and kinetism Julio Le Parc, look especially peculiar on the colonial facades of his native Cordoba, where Elian founded Kosovo gallery and curates Puente street art festival.
