The Darrell C. Crain Jr. Photograph Collection
Lifelong Washingtonian, physician, and amateur photographer Darrell C. Crain was an eyewitness to the events of 1968. His color slides of D.C. protests, family, and travels document events from a personal perspective—quite different from images shown in the news media.
