Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Mughal-e-Azam' (The Great Mughal), released in the year 1960.
The still shows the setting of court dancer Bahar's (Nigar Sultana) palatial room with huge sunflower murals on the wall, carved pillars, lamps and a big, peacock inspired dressing table. Bahar is sitting almost in the centre of the frame, on a beautifully decorated seating. She is wearing a crown on her head and embroidered, rich clothing, and is looking at a hand-maiden sitting near the bottom right corner of the frame. Another hand-maiden is standing towards the left of the frame, right next to the dressing mirror. She is also looking at the other hand-maiden seated in the corner. On the bottom, aligned to the extreme bottom left corner, the credits are in the following manner. The first line reads 'STERLING INVESTMENT CORPORATION PRIVATE LTD. PRESENTS', next line; 'K. ASIF'S', next line; 'MUGHAL-E-AZAM', next
line; 'MUSIC', next line; 'NAUSHAD'.
