Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Rangeela', released in 1953.
The image shows a woman grabbing Govindbai (Bhagwan) by the collar of his shirt and has her slipper raised, threatening to hit him with it. Govindbai is wide eyed and understandably moving backward.
On the bottom left is a cartoon of a standing woman holding a stick threateningly to a man sitting down and writing hindi alphabets on a small blackboard. The faces of the figures however, are pictures of actual human faces. On the right of them is an oversized candle.
Below the image is text that reads 'Bhagwan art Productions', 'PRESENT', 'RANGEELA' (in English and Devanagari).
