Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Rangeela', released in 1953.
The image shows a woman holding the arm of Govindbai (Bhagwan). Govindbai looks like he is about to burst into tears and the woman is possibly trying to console him. They are seated on a rock ledge thats outdoors.
On the bottom left is a cartoon of a standing woman holding a stick threateningly to a man sitting down and writing the hindi alphabet on a small blackboard. The faces of the figures however, are pictures of actual human faces. On the right of them is an oversized candle. Below the image is text that reads 'Bhagwan art Productions', 'PRESENT', 'RANGEELA' (in English and Devanagari).
