Photographic lobby still for the Hindi film 'Shree 420' (Mr. 420), released in the year 1955.

The still shows a frame from the iconic song 'Pyaar Hua Iqrar Hua' (check translation), sung by Lata Mangeshkar and Manna Dey. The frame shows the setting of a street on a rainy evening, with street lamps and buildings in the background. The two lead characters, Vidya (Nargis) and Ranbir Raj (Raj Kapoor) are standing in full-length view under an umbrella. Both the characters are standing back-first where Vidya is
standing to the left, dressed in a sari and blouse and Ranbir Raj is standing to the right, dressed in a coat, hat, trousers and shoes. Both of them are looking at each other.
On the bottom border are the credits for the film. First comes the film's name in an interesting composition. Aligned to the bottom left corner is '420' in a big bold typeface wich overlaps with the printed area of the image. The word 'SHREE' is written within the number '4'. There is an illustration of two human
figures (possibly Nargis' character Vidya and Raj Kapoor's character Ranbir Raj) placed within the number '2'. Under this is 'DIRECTED BY' with 'RAJ KAPOOR' written next to it.
