Mariátegui was a Peruvian writer, researcher and thinker with a socialist political orientation, considered one of the most influential intellectuals in Latin America. He developed fruitful work in the press in Peru and Europe, as a writer and editor. It publishes the magazine "Amauta", an important and influential publication that transcends the American continent. His top work was "7 essays on the interpretation of Peruvian reality."
