Roger Coll (Badalona, Catalonia, 1979) is part of a new generation of creators who challenge the limits of ceramics without restrictions or ties to traditional categories. His work speaks with a fluidity and fluency that could be associated with both vector graphics and an artistic investigation of the organic line. His works represent a revitalising and contemporary approach to ceramic sculpture, which has earned him international recognition.

Coll studied technical architecture at ETSA La Salle Barcelona University, sculpture at EASD Llotja Barcelona and ceramics at Escuela Forma Barcelona, EASD Pau Gargallo and EASD Vic. His work has been exhibited internationally in solo and group exhibitions, including cities such as New York, Brussels, Milan and London. His sculpture has been published in the book New Wave Clay: Ceramic Design, Art and Architecture.
