Soviet propaganda porcelain. In the centre of the plate above the crumbling "old" world is shown a winged rider of the Third International in the golden rays of the sun. A slogan in black letters and Soviet symbols on the edge. An old plate form with the mark of Nicholas II and a time stamp of the year 1910 was used. During this time, plates with revolutionary slogans, catchphrases and quotations from speeches of prominent political and cultural figures were an integral part of the propaganda porcelain. The author of the plate painting is the Russian painter and potter Alisa Golenkina (Алиса Голенкина, 1882–1973).
