Soviet propaganda porcelain. The work shows an excellent sense of material and graphic artist talent of the artistic director of the State Porcelain Factory Sergey Chekhonin (Сергей Чехонин, 1878–1936) – the black letters together with the small flowers on the border form a light, playful ornament, but the white centre part is an integral element of the overall composition.
