Po of Seonbi as Traditional Clothes by Hanbok Artisans
<changui> Kim Jeong Ah, W 55cm x L 127cm
The decolorized changui was a variation of changui from the 17th century. It has a back slit like the original piece, but the length of the sleeves and the width of the body are adjusted to make it more comfortable today. The jade-green ramie seen through the decolorized outer fabric is reminiscent of the refined tastes of the literati scholars of Joseon. The style is finished with a red tassel made by Kim Hye-sun, a master of traditional Korean knots.
