The ramie yoseoncheollic is a reproduction of a piece dating to the 14thcentury which was discovered in the storage space inside the Vairocana Buddha statue of Haeinsa Temple. It had been worn by a fifteen-year old boy,and the reproduction was made large enough for a man today. Decolorized ramie was used to bring out a transparent feeling. Narrowly pleated ramie fabric was used at the waist for decoration.
