"Poems"

Konopnicka's first published collection of poems. It includes, among others, the poem "W górach" ["In the Mountains"], which had been previously published in "Tygodnik Ilustrowany" and received Henryk Sienkiewicz's favourable opinion. The Ossolineum copy comes from the library of the Wiesiołowski family and holds Adolf Wiesiołowski's autograph. Published by Gebethner & Wolff, printed by W. L. Anczyc & Co. in Cracow.
