Polarized proton target in the East Hall

The polarized proton target installed in the East Hall for an experiment to measure the polarization in K~p charge exchange. The helium 3 cryostat protrudes inside the pole pieces specially added to the ETH magnet used as a spectrometer. The K~ beam (coming from the right) passes through the target in the axis of the cryostat.
