Pollock is a colorful (and delicious) recipe that speaks about the power of beauty and art to transform traditional ingredients into an incredible dish - “A dish that uses the scraps of vegetables such as beets, tomatoes and peppers to prepare sauces and the ravioli pasta. Taking inspiration from the famous paintings of the American artist we created a dish that is a whirlwind of colours and a manifesto against food waste.”
