Lanyon Homestead
Tharwa, Australia

A white porcelain bowl with ram's head handles at either side. The base is painted in green with floral decoration and gilding.

Importantly, this is the last surviving piece of a fruit service owned by the Cunningham family who lived at Lanyon from 1847 until 1921. Oral information suggests that it was used for family baptisms.
