The great drawing room, designed by Sir John Sloane, at Port Eliot, the family home of Lord Peregrine Eliot, 10th Earl of St Germans. A portrait of William Pitt the Younger by John Hoppner hangs over the fireplace, among other large scale oil portraits. Several rugs are scattered on the floor; striated marble columns divide the room; a piano sits next to the columns.
