Portrait of a gentleman

The work representing an elegant gentleman in a jacket, is signed and dated "Villers F. (E.) 1793" and it has to be related to another miniature present in the museum too. They would be two men related to each other (perhaps a father and a son) but the illuminator is still unknown.
