Portrait of a gentleman

The work representing an elegant gentleman in a jacket is signed "Villers" while there is just a "3" for what concerns the date. It has to be related to another miniature present in the museum too. They would be two men related to each other (perhaps a father and a son) but the illuminator is still unknown.
