Postcard showing the Hotel Phillips in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The Hotel Phillips was finished in 1931 and occupies the site of the former Glennon Hotel where Harry Truman ran a haberdashery. When it was finished, the Hotel Philips was the tallest hotel in Kansas City at 20 stories tall.
