Prasanta Chandra, C.R.Rao, Pamela Robinson, Alec J. Smith (Prof. of University College, London) K.B.Madhava and others studying in front of fossil bone of Dinosaur excavated by ISI team.

In 1957 Mahalanobis invited Dr. Pamela Robinson of the University College London to the ISI to set up the Geolgical Studies unit. Under her leadership some remarkable finds including extensive fossil bones of Dinosaur were discovered in 1960-61.
