Key elements of economic infrastructure are plotted on the map, including roads, ponds, water mills, windmills, vineyards, brickyards, quarries, iron mines and powder mills. The decoration around the title cartouche recalls some of the people’s occupations: cloth making, horse breeding and quarry work. There are also references to the ancient vessels finds made in the principality, as well as the symbolic connection with two rivers, the Kaczawa and the Czarna Woda.
