The Iban Dayaks of inland Kalimantan weave spectacular txtiles decorated in warp-ikat technique. The most important is the Pua, a large sized blanket used for multituted of ritual purposes, such as to wrap a shrine, decorate important ritual area. The process of weaving is a ritual and carried only by women amongst the Iban Dayaks.
