Pueblos del Maiz- #FilmSA Contest

In May 2022, the Creative Cities of Merida, Mexico; Puebla, Mexico; Tucson, Arizona and San Antonio, Texas celebrated Pueblos del Maiz. Gastronomy designation was one of two categories in the 2022 #FilmSA Contest which was hosted by the San Antonio Film Commission. This year’s contest highlighted maiz (corn) as a traditional ingredient in many local foods. The film contest winners had their films featured at Mission Marque Plaza.
