Purchase of carabaos from various native Filipino leaders of Parañaque, Bacoor, Binakayan, and Cavite, to supply the Royal Warehouses of Manila.

The Spanish settled in Manila needed to feed and supply the galleons that were preparing to cross the Pacific Ocean. Communities around Manila provided much of this food. As there were no cows in the Philippines, carabaos, or water buffalo, were bought instead.
