Queen`s Maria Bedroom

Here was the big bedroom of the Prince and Princess, decorated in French style - Louis XIVth. In 1901, Queen Maria choose a silver, Celtic decoration with vaulted ceiling like in a church. The cold floor was made of turquoise and green ceramic plates, which gave the impression of a pool of water. After the restoration, the room was made according with the decoration of 1929. Queen’s Mary Bedroom is decorated in English style - Tudor style, with vaulted ceiling like in a Romanian church. The original furniture is decorated in „Art Nouveau“ style
