Painting by Federico Beltrán Masses, a Cuban-Catalan painter and disciple of Joaquín Sorolla. In a symbolist style, it shows a female nude, a sensual theme with decadent and erotic airs that are very characteristic of Massés' artistic production. It shows a great mastery of light, with an excellent play of light and shadow; as well as color, especially in the blue and green tones that create a serene and almost dreamlike atmosphere.
