Radar Accumulation Ottery Storm

This radar chart shows the amount of precipitation falling between midnight and 0300 on 30th Ocotber 2003 over the town of Ottery St Mary in Devon. Up to 240mm of preciptation was recorded, much of it falling a hail which accumulated on roads; reaching above vehicle wheels and even pushing cars down hills.
