Representative of Australia Addresses Disabled Persons Observance Day

Robert Hill, Permanent Representative of Australia to the United Nations, addresses a seminar on the "Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities: Dignity and Justice for all of Us" on the occasion of the observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
