The Rhesus Macaque (Macaca mulatta) can adapt to different habitats. They are known to inhabit forests, savannas, and shrublands throughout Asia. While these species are able climbers, they spend a lot of time on the ground. Their diet includes insects, small animals, as well as fruits, seeds, and bark.
