Created in 1964, this large steel sculpture by artist Donald Drumm memorializes the legacy of prominent Toledo Union leader Richard T. Gosser. Drumm is also the creator of the prominent relief sculpture appearing on the facade of the Jerome Library at Bowling Green State University, and for decades he has opearated a studio in Akron, OH.
