Rigid cystoscope

It is an instrument used to check the bladder. Its name comes from the Latin word cisto which means bag, and scopein which means to observe: observe the bag, that is, the bladder. The full name of this equipment is a urethrocystoscope, since with it, the urethra and then the bladder are first examined. Now they are flexible thanks to fiber optic, using a light source and a micro camera.
