Ritankar's 2020 Hero is a rickshaw driver

Ritankar says: "Despite the weather outside - scorching summer or freezing winter, they carry heavy weights and loads. I have seen them from my childhood always working without a break. These hand-pulled rickshaw drivers who work relentlessly are my 2020 heroes."
