Roof-end Tile with Lotus Design

Attributed from Buyeo city, this roof end tile is a Baekje tile. It contains a large oval in the middle, and there are lotus leaves. The lotus is generally described in a very soft way and simplicity is another characteristic of this tile. Baekje has been known for its diverse building construction and several tile productions after its moving to Buyeo area. Most tiles produced from this period have lotus decorations.
