Light brass candlestick holders were made at the Fraget factory in Warsaw. The factory was opened by Josef Fraget in 1824 and was in operation till 1939. It produced such consumer goods as bowls, coffeepots and plates. Warsaw was home to a great many Jews therefore it was inconsiderate to neglect their needs. The factory also turned out hanukiahs, Sabbath candlestick holders and many other items important for Jews.
