Saint Catherine's spike wheel near the Misericórdia do Porto Museum (Rua das Flores, Porto)

Emperor Maximian ordered the death of Saint Catherine on the spiked wheel, an instrument of torture often used in martyrdoms. It is for this reason that we often see representations of this attribute of the Saint in Rua das Flores, one of them being next to the building of the Misericórdia do Porto Museum.
