Kress Foundation, New York;[2] gift 1939 to NGA.
[1] Tancred Borenius writes in 1921 that "two or three years ago my attention was drawn by Mr. Henry Harris to a half-length figure of St. Peter discovered by him in London..." ("On a Dismembered Altarpiece by Marco Zoppo", _The Burlington Magazine_ 38, no. 214 [January 1921]: 9-10).
