Smaller furniture like patada and objects like charkha (spinning wheel) and tokra (basket) were placed on top of the sandook, behind the top panel. Painted on the facade of this sandook was the name of the carpenter ‘Mistri Sapuran Singh’ and the village that he belonged to, ‘Kot Bakhtu’.
