Sardar (1993)

A biopic on Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, one of India's greatest freedom fighters. It narrates the historical events and decisions which took place at the time of India’s Partition and Independence. His courageous and astute leadership in integrating the Princely States In the Union of India, his firm belief in rural and agricultural development, and his vision in building a socially powerful and economically progressive India is reflected in the film.
