See Through/ See Beyond

For the WIP Show, Switzerland based Nevercrew painted a larger than life astronaut, which is directly connected to the wall they did in Lodhi Colony. The astronaut is one of the main character in their production. The astronaut is an explorer who can ​view and perceive everything from a distance, in a glance.By interacting with this piece the viewer gets a chance to glimpse into the larger picture of time and space and can feel to be a part of something bigger while exploring something new. The astronaut generates an emphatic effect as the viewer sees the whole space (containers, light pole, sky, reflection of the sun) through the mirror in the helmet, while also looking for himself in the astronaut.
