Shield

Shield commemorating the construction of the Tibi reservoir hermitage. The shield itself has been carved in an embossed pattern on a rectangular platform. It is divided into 4 areas in which two towers and two lions are represented crowned by a cross and crown. It is then framed with two borders. Below the shield the following legend appears in four lines:
THIS R. HERMITAGE WAS CONSTRUCTED ON THE 3/ OF THE YEAR 1786 BEING JUDGE ADMINor. OF THE R, L / RESERVOIR, THE COMMISSIONER OF THE GRRA. / DON ANTONIO MONTUFAR Y NILLA.
