Alexey Luchko, working under alias Luka, was born in Moscow in 1983. Luka has been painting the streets for more than twenty years. He started with graffiti, later switched to the abstract graphic forms, elaborated style based on the clear geometrical forms and complex post-constructivist compositions. In his laconic graphics one can always find minimalistic personages, invisible at first sight. The artist actively collaborates with street fashion brands, takes part in Russian and International street art festivals. Luka works in different mediums: along with wall painting, acrylic paintings on canvas as well as collages inspired by Soviet architecture and graphic heritage can be found in his portfolio.
