Part of the main north-south Roman road (cardo maximus) excavated at the Port Authority site in 2010. Beneath the 7-meter-wide road built of half-finished stones, there is a sewage drain (cloaca) built of bricks. The grid of Roman Siscia is visible in today's layout of the streets of the center of Sisak, which even after 2000 years, with minor deviations, follows the layout of Roman roads.
